Moms in Tow Stroller Workouts, our mamas ROCK!

The Moms in Tow Stroller Workouts.... yeah, they sound pretty dorky (ok. REALLY dorky). but i've gotta say, i love it! and i love all you mamas who come out and workout with me and my kids!

If you have attended a MiT Stroller Workout, then you know what it's all about. If you haven't...then please know that we would love to have you join! And you shouldn't feel intimidated AT ALL! This is what we do...

We meet at the Kollen Park playground every Wednesday morning (during the spring, summer and fall), do a brisk walk down the board walk towards the Heinz Pickle Factory. Along the walk we stop about 5 times at different spots and do little workouts. Today we stopped and did jumping jacks, squats, lunges, dips and pushups. Our walk brought us around the backside of Heinz (on the boardwalk) and then we flipped and walked back to Kollen Park. At Kollen Park we found a shady spot and did a few core exercises (plank, crunches, stretches)...and that was that! It was a fun workout with a bunch of other moms and kids. It's definitely more fun when working out with others...and the kids sure provide some great entertainment.
