Sing Song Yoga is an innovative children’s yoga program that uses songs to teach the poses. Each pose has its very own song. Our recently released Sing Song Yoga DVD was produced by Grand Rapids’ own Kairos Productions and is available at www.singsongyoga.com. Our mission at Sing Song Yoga™ is to introduce yoga to children and families in a fun, child-friendly, brain-friendly way so yoga becomes a part of who they are. And the benefits can be enjoyed through the teenage years, during adulthood and up on through old age. Sing Song Yoga classes are also offered at the Yoga Studio in Grand Rapids (www.gryoga.com) and through Zeeland Recreation.
We have carefully selected environmentally-friendly packaging for our Sing Song Yoga DVD and use a small wafer seal instead of a plastic wrap—a slightly smaller footprint one DVD at a time.
